The Centre for Workforce Development (CFWD) is a non-profit organization that supports workforce development through labour market research, community planning, partnership development, and evidence-based strategies that respond to local employment and training needs. Funded in part by the Government of Canada and Government of Ontario, it operates as one of 25 Local Boards across Ontario with a focus on local labour market research and workforce development.
